We do our best to ensure product details (descriptions, prices, photos) are accurate. However, slight variations may occur due to lighting or batch differences.

3. Orders

• All orders are subject to availability and confirmation.

• We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for any reason.

4. Pricing

Prices are in Ugandan Shillings (UGX) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. We reserve the right to adjust prices without notice.

5. Payment

Payments must be made in full at the time of purchase via accepted methods (Mobile Money, cash on delivery, or bank transfer).

6. Shipping & Delivery

• Orders are delivered within 1–3 working days depending on location.

• Delivery costs vary and are calculated at checkout or confirmed over the phone.

7. Returns & Exchanges

• Returns are accepted within 3 days of receipt.

• Items must be unused, with original packaging and tags.

• Buyer is responsible for return delivery fees unless the item was incorrect or damaged.

8. Liability

We are not liable for any indirect loss or damage caused by delays, non-delivery, or defective items beyond the value of the purchased item.

9. Intellectual Property

All images, content, and designs on our site are the property of Harvey Accessories and may not be used without permission.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Uganda. Any disputes will be resolved under Ugandan jurisdiction.
